Authoretec Solutions is owned and operated by Fil DeStefano, who resides in Long Island, New York. Fil is educated and certified in several Network training courses as well as many security and hospitality products; he is also certified by Microsoft as a certified professional.

Authoretec Solutions has been providing best of breed solutions to its customer since 2002. It is important to us to not only sell our customers high quality and standard software and hardware, but to also maintain that quality in our services. We understand that implementing a computerized system can be stressful and scary; therefore, we make a promise to every customer that the transition will not go unassisted and we will be there as long as it takes until our customer is comfortable.

In our opinion, it is unprofessional and selfish to not create a long standing relationship with our customers; knowing that we may be called upon for support, upgrades, or other areas of our expertise, to further assist them. In other words, we do not have a "quick buck" and run policy. Our current clients do not only have a long term relationship with Authoretec, but have also created great friendships (see References page). It is important to us to know that our customers feel we are trustworthy, competent, and reliable.

With clients in Long Island, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Bronx, and Manhattan; and also clients expanding to Conneticut and Canada....we have grown to be the hardest working POS reseller in the Northeast. We always look to grow, as does any company; but what is most important about the future is to not neglect what was in the past. Thus, we welcome new customers and look forward to also serving our prior customers with new endevours. It is our policy to make our customers satisfied and successful with every service we offer.
